Delete your account

You can delete your Vantage account at any time, taking your data with it. Two ways to do this — choose whichever suits.

Option 1 — Delete in the app

The fastest way:

  1. Open Vantage and sign in
  2. Tap the menu icon (top left) to open the sidebar
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete account
  4. Confirm — your account and associated data are permanently deleted

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app for any reason — lost device, signed out, anything else — send an email and we'll handle the deletion for you.

We process requests within 7 working days, usually faster.

Restoring a deleted account

Account deletion is permanent. There is no way to restore a deleted account or its data once the deletion has been processed. If you change your mind within 24 hours of requesting deletion via email, contact support immediately — we may be able to halt the deletion if it hasn't yet completed.
